Abstract
"USO DE UM COMPOSTO DERIVADO DE TAXÓIDE" A presente invenção diz respeito a um novo uso de derivados de taxóide. Diz respeito mais precisamente a um processo para o tratamento de proliferação celular anormal de linhagens celulares resistentes diferentes expressando resistência a múltiplos medicamentos de P-glicoproteína. Este tipo de célula é típido de células de câncer do cólon. Os produtos da presente invenção são também usáveis para tratar o câncer do cólon de mamíferos incluindo o homem. O composto preferido é (2R,3S)-3-terc-butoxicarbonilamino-2-hidróxi-3-fenilpropionato de 4 -acetóxi-2 -benzilóxi-5ß,20-epóxi-1ß-hidróxi-7ß,10ß-dimetóxi-9-oxo-11-taxen-13 -ila.
