Abstract
"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA O CRESCIMENTO DE REDE DENDRÍTICA, E, CRISTAL DE REDE DENDRÍTICA". Um processo para o crescimento de rede dendrítica é descrito. O processo inclui o fornecimento de uma massa em fusão, o crescimento de um cristal de rede dendrítica a partir da massa em fusão, o reabastecimento da massa em fusão durante a etapa de crescimento do cristal de rede dendrítica, e a aplicação de um campo magnético à massa em fusão durante a etapa de crescimento do cristal de rede dendrítica. Um aparelho para a estabilização do crescimento de rede dendrítica é descrito também. O aparelho inclui um cadinho incluindo um compartimento de alimentação para receber as pelotas para facilitar o reabastecimento da massa em fusão e um compartimento de crescimento projetado para manter uma massa em fusão para o crescimento de rede dendrítica. O aparelho inclui adicionalmente um gerador de campo magnético configurado para fornecer um campo magnético durante o crescimento de rede dendrítica.
