Abstract
"USOS DE GAMA VINILGABA (GVG) E DE UMA COMPOSIÇÃO QUE AUMENTA OS NÍVEIS DE GABA DO SISTEMA NERVOSO CENTRAL". A presente invenção fornece um processo para mudar o comportamento relacionado com o vício de um mamífero sofrendo de vício de abuso de drogas. O processo inclui administrar ao mamífero uma quantidade eficaz de gama vinilGABA (GVB) ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo, ou um seu enantiômero ou mistura racênica, em que a quantidade eficaz é suficiente para diminuir, inibir ou eliminar o comportamento associado com a ânsia ou uso de drogas abusadas.
