"EMPLASTRO CONTENDO ESTRADIOL PARA APLICAÇÃO TRANSDÉRMICA DE HORMÔNIOS". A presente invenção se refere a um emplastro contendo uma substância ativa para a liberação controlada de estradiol ou seus derivados farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, separadamente ou em combinação com gestágenos, à pele humana ou animal, consistindo de uma camada de suporte, um reservatório contendo uma substância ativa no mesmo, o qual é adequado para a liberação combinada da substância ativa e o qual é produzido utilizando adesivos sensíveis à pressão, e uma camada de proteção destacável. O adesivo sensível a pressão contem colesterol ou amido de milho.
