Um sistema terapêutico, transdermal, na forma de emplastro, para a liberação controlada de estradiol, em combinação com acetato de noretisterona, que compreende uma camada traseira, um reservatório unido à mesma, supersaturado de substâncias ativas, que é produzido pelo uso de colas adesivas de poliacrilato e inibidores de cristalização, e uma camada de proteção desprendível, estão caracterizados pelo fato de que o inibidor de cristalização é um polímero que contém grupos amino.
