Freio dinâmico para veículo, onde um conjunto de freio é suspenso, e atua, sobre o eixo de saída da caixa de câmbio ou de redução de velocidades do veículo, e pode deslocar-se angularmente quando atuado, transmitindo a anergia assim obtida no deslocamento de um impulsor para um cilindro-mestre hidráulico que atua nos cilindros de freio das rodas, sendo o freio suspenso à transmissão acionado pelo condutor do veículo, através de pedal ou manete.
