Abstract
Patente de Invenção para "NOVO MUTEIN THROMBOPOIETIN HUMANO" . A presente invenção se refere a novos derivados trombopoietin humanos (hTPO), e ao processo de preparação deles. Particularmente, cadeias de açúcar são introduzidas em hTPO nativo por substituintes amino ácidos tais como asparagine para amino ácidos em posições específicas, no hTPO nativo, preparando novos derivados hTPO com alta atividade aumentando a produção de plaqueta in vivo. Conseqüentemente, os novos derivados hTPO desta invenção podem ser úteis para o tratamento de trombocitopenia associada com terapia anticâncer ou a transplantação da medula óssea.
