Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "INICIADORES PARA A DETECÇÃO DE BACTÉRIAS FORMADORAS DE ESPORO EM PRODUTOS DE PAPEL E EM CORRENTES DE FABRICAÇÃO DE PAPEL" . É descrito um processo que usa tecnologia de reação em cadeia da polimerase (PCR) para a detecção de bactérias formadoras de esporo em produtos de papel e em correntes e aditivos de fabricação de papel. São divulgados e reivindicados novos iniciadores de nucleotídeo que especificamente amplificam genes de esporulação comuns às bactérias formadoras de esporo. Estes iniciadores produzem diagnóstico de fragmentos de gene para a presença de bactérias formadoras de esporo.
