Abstract
"TUBO COMPÓSITO POLIMÉRICO, FLEXÍVEL, ADAPTADO PARA O TRANSPORTE DE FLUIDOS". Um tubo compósito polimérico, flexível, (1), adaptado para o transporte de fluidos, tais como hidrocarbonetos, por exemplo, óleo e/ou gás, e flexível o suficiente para ser enrolado com um raio de curvatura tão curto quanto aproximadamente 20 vezes o seu diâmetro externo. O tubo ascendente flexível (1)) compreende os seguintes elementos estruturais: um revestimento interno (2) de material termoplástico, um componente de múltiplas camadas, polimérico, reforçado e intermediário, (3), e um revestimento termoplástico externo (4). O revestimento interno (2) está unido continuamente ao componente de múltiplas camadas, intermediário, (3), o qual, novamente, está unido continuamente ao revestimento externo (4). É descrito também um processo de fabricar um tubo flexível (1) por soldagem ou colagem.
