Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA BIOPRODUÇÃO DE 1,3-PROPANODIOL E CÉLULA HOSPEDEIRA TRANSFORMADA" Trata-se de organismos recombinantes que compreendem genes que codificam genes que codificam glicerol deidratase, 1,3-propanodiol oxidoreductase, um gene que codifica o precursor de receptor de vitamina B~ 12~ (BtuB), um gene que codifica a proteína permease de sistema de transporte de vitamina B12 (BtuC), e um gene que codifica a proteína de ligação de ATP de transporte de vitamina B~ 12~ (BtuD). O microorganismo recombinante é colocado em contato com um substrato de carbono e o 1,3-propanodiol é isolado do meio de crescimento.
