"COMPOSTO, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, USO DE UM COMPOSTO, E, PROCESSO PARA TRATAR UMA DOENÇA OU CONDIÇÃO MEDIADA POR FATOR XA EM UM ANIMAL DE SANGUE QUENTE" A invenção refere-se a derivados heterocíclicos de fórmula (I) ou seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, que possuem propriedades antitrombóticas e anticoagulantes, e que, correspondentemente, são úteis em processos de tratamento de humanos ou animais. A invenção também se refere a processos para a preparação dos derivados heterocíclicos, a composições farmacêuticas contendo os mesmos e a seu uso na manufatura de medicamentos para uso na produção de um efeito antitrombótico ou anticoagulante.
