Abstract
"PAR DE INICIADORES DE OLIGONUCLEOTÍDEOS, OLIGONUCLEOTÍDEO, E, PROCESSO PARA DETECTAR A PRESENÇA DE H. CAPSULATUM EM UMA AMOSTRA" Proporciona-se oligonucleotídeos que são úteis como iniciadores para iniciar a amplificação de um segmento de DNA de Histoplasma capsulatum que é específico para H. capsulatum, empregando-se a reação em cadeia de polimerase. Proporciona-se também um processo para detectar a presença de H. capsulatum em uma amostra utilizando uma análise de PCR embutida, ou de dois estágios. O par mais externo de iniciadores, para uso no primeiro estágio da análise, consiste de oligonucleotídeos específicos para fúngicos; o par mais interno de iniciadores, para uso no segundo estágio, consiste de oligonucleotídeos específicos para H. capsulatum.
