Patente de Invenção: "USO DE AGENTES DE MELHORIA DE PENETRAÇÃO E DE ROMPIMENTO DE BARREIRAS DA PELE, PARA MELHORAR A RESPOSTA TRANSCUTÂNEA IMUNE INDUZIDA PELA EXOTOXINA DE RIBOSILATAÇÃO DE ADP". A presente invenção compreende um sistema de imunização transcutânea, em que a aplicação tópica de um coadjuvante e de um antígeno ou de ácido nucléico codificador de um antígeno à pele intacta, induz uma resposta de anticorpo sistêmica ou mucosal. A resposta imune assim deduzida, pode ser melhorada através de agentes físicos ou químicos que melhoram a penetração na pele.
