Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO SEMICONDUTOR". Descreve-se um terminal protuberante de um dispositivo semicondutor que é feito de uma camada de alumínio formada por dardejamento. A altura do terminal protuberante é suficientemente mais alta do que aquelas das outras partes, e a superfície mais alta do terminal protuberante é coberta com uma película condutora, para impedir a oxidação das películas, como uma película condutora transparente.
