Abstract

"TRATAMENTO DE DISFUNÇÃO SEXUAL FEMININA". A disfunção sexual em seres humanos femininos pode ser atenuada, sem os efeitos laterais substancialmente indesejáveis, através de uma administração sub-lingual em formas de dosagem de apomorfina. Uma administração de apomorfina aumenta o fluxo sanguíneo intra-cavernoso clitorial estimulado por nervo e o fluxo de sangue da parede vaginal para uma ereção clitorial acentuada e um engorgitamento vaginal em uma mulher. Uma concentração de plasma de apomorfina, de não mais do que 5,5 nanogramas por milímetro, é preferencialmente mantida.
