Abstract

SISTEMA PARA RECOBRIMENTO A AR COM ESTIRAMENTO DO FIO ELASTANO, que utiliza-se do próprio tear, para a trama do tear plano ou circular, que segue o movimento do tear para o desenrolamento positivo do fio elastano pelo rotor (5) determinando também o nível de estiramento do referido fio. A movimentação da bobina (3) é através de um rotor (5) que está sincronizado com a zona da cala do tear (6) . A união do fio base (2) com o fio de elastano (4) ocorre na zona de binagem (7) sendo então utilizado um bico recobridor de ar que o promove o recobrimento/entrelaçamento unindo os fios base (2) e elastano (4).
