Abstract
"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA REMOVER A SALMOURA DE CORDÕES DE PRODUTOS DE SALSICHARIA COEXTRUDADOS" Trata-se de um processo e aparelho para coagular um gel de colagênio coextrudado sobre um cordão de produto de salsicharia pela remoção da salmoura residual do cordão (14) após a coagulação, fazendo-se passar o cordão de produto de salsicharia alongado através de uma abertura (28) de um diagrama flexível (30) que tem um diâmetro igual ao do cordão.
