DISPOSIÇÃO DE MEIOS DE COMUNICAÇÃO PARA CONEXÃO COM A INTERNET, permitindo efetuar, de modo independente e simultâneo, a comunicação telefônica de voz e o acesso de pelo menos um computador à rede INTERNET mediante sinais digitais que transitam por enlaces que unem os ditos computadores às centrais de comutação, sendo providos em ambas as extremidades dos ditos enlaces equipamentos moduladores e demoduladores, sendo as ditas centrais exclusivas para as conexões dos computadores à INTERNET.
