Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PREPARAÇÃO DE PARTÍCULAS FARMACEUTICAMENTE ATIVAS" . A presente invenção fornece um núcleo de celulose predominantemente microcristalina sobre o qual uma droga ativa é depositada em camadas sobre o núcleo por meio de revestimento de solução. As partículas revestidas têm uma distribuição mais limitada de tamanho de partícula do que os grânulos fornecidos por outros processos. É fornecido um revestimento final opcional de um revestimento polimérico farmaceuticamente aceitável para fornecer mascaração do sabor ou liberação controlada e proteção das partículas com droga depositada em camadas.
