Patente de Invenção de circuito e/ou aparelho: DISJUNTOR ELETRÔNICO RÁPIDO DE SOBRETENSÃO Este invento trata de proteger de modo eficaz, sistemas ou equipamentos eletro-eletrônicos contra variações bruscas e extremamnete rápidas de tensões nas redes elétricas. É uma conjugação de SCR's cincronizados, onde o primeiro leva a tensão na carga a praticamente ZERO, quase que instantaneamente. O tempo é de 15 (quinze) microsegundos, aproximadamente . O segundo SCR abre, desconectando a rede elétrica em, no máximo, 8,33 milisegundos. Só volta a ser acionado com a normalização das condições da rede elétrica.
