Abstract

"MÉTODO PARA REDUÇÃO DO TEOR DE ÁLCOOL ETÍLICO RESIDUAL NO PROCESSO CONTÍNUO DE ACETIFICAÇÃO", consistindo na obtenção do ácido acético biológico com baixo teor de álcool etílico residual e pelo emprego de reatores múltiplos do tipo gerador de vinagre ou acetador ( duas ou mais unidades) ligados em série, sendo o produto do reator anterior usado para alimentar o reator seguinte e assim sucessivamente, até se conseguir o produto final com teor de álcool residual igual ou inferior ao limite máximo desejado.
