Processo para preparação contínua de hidróxi-alquilamidas a partir de ésteres de ácidos carboxílicos e alcanolamidas, sendo que ocorre a reação dos materiais de alimentação na estrusora ou no misturador intensivo, por intermisturação intensiva e reação de curto tempo, com adução de calor e retirada simultânea do álcool resultante e, depois disso, o produto final é isolado.
