É proporcionado uma composição compreendendo: (I) polietileno, e, baseado 100 partes em peso do componente (i) (ii) cerca de 0,3 a cerca de 0,6 partes em peso de 4,4'-tiobis (2-metil-6-t-butilfenol); 4,4'-tiobis (2-t-butil-5-metilfenol); 2,2'-tiobis (6-t-butil-4-metilfenol); ou uma mistura dos referidos compostos; e (iii) cerca de 0,4 a cerca de 1 parte em peso de polietileno glicol tendo um peso molecular na faixa de cerca de 1000 a cerca de 100,000.
