Patente de Invenção "TELEFONE MÓVEL EM REDE FIXA", referente a um sistema de telefonia fixa composto em parte da infraestrutura atual e de aparelhos telefônicos portáteis, idealizado para serem conectados e identificados em qualquer ponto da rede de pares com o objetivo de eliminar o processo que associa o usuário a um par específico da rede. O Telefone encontra sua maior utilidade ao permitir o acesso do usuário aos serviços de telecomunicações e a consequente cobrança em conta pessoal, mesmo quando este se desloca para outros locais onde haja um ponto de acesso público ou privado de conexão com a rede telefônica.
