"CARBOXILASE DE PIRUVATO DE CORYNEBACTERIUM GLUTAMICUM" A presente invenção se refere a uma enzima anaplerótica de Corynebacterium glutamicum que reabastece o oxalo-acetato consumido durante a produção de lisina e ácido glutâmico em fermentações industriais. Especificamente, as moléculas de ácido nucléico isoladas são providas de acordo com a proteína de carboxilase de piruvato. Polipeptídeos de carboxilase de piruvato são também providos.
