Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA COM REVESTIMENTO ENTÉRICO E MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO" Uma composição farmacêutica com revestimento entérico contendo alta dosagem de droga é fornecida, incluindo um núcleo que compreende um medicamento que é sensível a um meio com pH abaixo de 3, tal como ddl, cuja composição é preferencialmente na forma de glóbulos, apresentando um revestimento entérico formado de copolímero de ácido metacrílico, plastificante e um revestimento adicional compreendendo um anti-aderente. Os chamados glóbulos apresentam uma exelente resistência a desintegração em pH menor que 3, mas apresentam propriedades excelentes de liberação da droga com pH maior do que 4.5. Um novo método a fabricação da citada composição farmacêutica também é descrito.
