Abstract
"APERFEIÇOAMENTOS EM AÇOS PARA FERRAMENTAS DE PERFILAR". A presente invenção tem por objeto um aço obtido pela metalurgia dos pós, formado a partir de um pó pré-ligado de alta pureza, aglomerado e densificado. De acordo com a invenção, o aço tem a seguinte composição ponderal: manganês < 1%; silício < 1%; cromo, 6,05 - 6,45%; molibdênio, 2,50 - 3,50%; vanádio, 0,80 - 2%; tungstênio < 0,5%; enxofre < 0,020%; fósforo < 0,030%; nióbio, 0,60 - 1,60%; cobalto, 2 a 5%; nitrogênio, 0,050 a 0,080%; alumínio < 0,060%; carbono, 0,75 - 0,95%; níquel < 0,50%. O restante são o ferro e as impurezas características da prática de fabricação do metal.
