Abstract
"AÇO PARA FERRAMENTAS DE FORMAÇÃO". Descreve-se um aço produzido pela densificação e pela aglomeração por meio da metalurgia de pó de pré liga de alta pureza. O aço compreende 0,020 de enxofre, 0,030 de fósforo, 100 ppm de oxigênio, 5 a 7% em peso de cobalto, 0,050 a 0,080% em peso de nitrogênio, 0,020 de alumínio e 1,80 a 1,95% em peso de carbono. O equilíbrio de ferro mais as impurezas típicas se elevam durante a produção do aço. O dito aço tem uma dispersão essencialmente consistindo de carbonetos, tais como o vanádio MC.
