Produtos de limpeza cáusticos extremamente alcalinos empregados em aplicações industriais em grande escala são estabilizados e aperfeiçoados com propriedades melhoradas de redução da tensão superficial e de redução de formação de espuma pela incorporação de quantidades mínimas de uma composição tensoativa que compreende um tensoativo de alquil éter hidróxi propil sultaína e um tensoativo etoxilado não iônico.
