Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "COMPOSTOS DE TIOFENO CONDENSADOS E SEU USO FARMACÊUTICO" . Composto tiofeno condensado da fórmula (I) onde cada símbolo é conforme acima definido no relatório, um seu sal farmaceuticamente aceitável e seus hidratos. O composto da fórmula (I) da presente invenção é útil como um novo agente psicótico que é eficaz para ambos os sintomas positivos e sintomas negativos ou esquizofrenia, o qual está associado com menos efeitos colaterais tal como distúrbio motor extrapiramidal e similar e que está menos associado com sérios efeitos colaterais tal como agranulocitose e similar. Em adição, este composto é também útil como um agente terapêutico da doença de Alzheimer e doença maníaco-depressiva.
