Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÕES TÓPICAS PARA DISTRIBUIÇÃO DE PROSTAGLANDINA E~ 1~". Uma composição tópica de uma consistência semi-sólida apropriada é fornecida para uma aplicação transdérmica de prostaglandina E~ 1~. A composição compreende prostaglandina E~ 1~, um intensificador de penetração, uma goma de polisacarídeo, um componente lipofílico e um sistema tampão ácido. O intensificador de penetração é um éster de alquil-2-(N,N-disubstituído amina)-alcanoato, um (N,N-disubstituído amina)-alcanol alcanoato, ou uma mistura destes. O componente lipofílico pode ser um álcool alifático C~ 1~ a C~ 8~, um éster alifático C~ 8~ a C~ 30~, ou uma mistura destes. A composição inclui um sistema tampão capaz de fornecer um valor de pH tamponado para tal composição na faixa de aproximadamente 3 a aproximadamente 7,4.
