Abstract
"PREPARADOS TRANSMUCOSAIS DE LEVOSIMENDAN" É descrito um processo de administração transmucosal, especialmente à mucosa oral ou nasal, de levosimendan ou de um sal seu farmaceuticamente aceitável a um paciente. O processo compreende fazer uma membrana mucosa intata entrar em contato com uma fonte de levosimendan e manter a fonte em contato com a membrana mucosa durante um período de tempo suficiente para fornecer levosimendan ao paciente. Os preparados transmucosais de levosimendan são também descritos. Levosimendan é útil no tratamento de insuficiência cardíaca.
