São providos compostos de fórmula (I): em que R¹, R², R³, R~ x~, Y, n e B possuem os significados dados na descrição, os quais são úteis como inibidores competitivos de proteases tipo tripsina, tais que trombina, e em particular no tratamento de condições em que a inibição de trombina é requerida (por exemplo, trombose) ou como anticoagulantes.
