"BEBIDA DE CHÁ, BEBIDA DE BASE AQUOSA, E, PROCESSOS PARA FLAVORIZAR/CONSERVAR UMA BEBIDA DE CHÁ E PARA MELHORAR A ESTABILIDADE MICROBIANA DE UMA BEBIDA DE CHÁ" Uma bebida aquosa contendo sólidos de chá é descrita a qual também contém uma quantidade suficiente de um composto antimicrobiano flavorizante fenil-substituído selecionado para evitar o crescimento microbiano contribuindo ao mesmo tempo com o agradável flavor ou a agradável bebida tornando deste modo a bebida aceitável tanto organoléptica quanto microbiologicamente. De modo opcional, "barreiras" opcionalmente selecionadas ou controles antimicrobianos em etapas também são empregados.
