Patente de Invenção: "RELÓGIO DE PLL SINTONIZÁVEL, EFICIENTE EM ENERGIA'' . Circuito de laço de bloqueio de fase (110) proporcionando um sinal de relógio para um chip de Cl integrado. O PLL compreendendo um oscilador de tensão sintonizável indutivo capacitivo (LC), um detetor de fase, uma bomba de carga, todos acoplados juntos para formar um laço. Um vco inclui um varator (150), um indutor (130) e capacitâncias (160, 170, 180, 190, 185 e 195), formando o oscilador de LC.
