Abstract
"INSTRUMENTO DE ESCREVER, E, INSTRUMENTO MANIPULADO MANUALMENTE". Um instrumento de escrever (10) possuindo um cilindro alongado (12) constituído de uma porção externa e de uma porção interna (22), rotativas uma em relação a outra. A ponta do bico de escrever(30) é fixada à porção interna do cilindro (22), disposta a um ângulo à linha central da porção externa do cilindro, podendo ficar desviada dela. A porção interna do cilindro é forçada a girar e a mover-se axialmente em relação à porção externa do cilindro por pressão sobre o instrumento de escrever ou pelos pesos (34, 35, 36) fixados à porção interna do cilindro para trazer a ponta para alinhamento desejado durante o processo de escrever. Pressão adicional sobre a ponta ou bico de escrever causa a porção interna do cilindro mover-se para a posição mais recuada na qual a rotação da ponta ou bico de escrever é impedida por uma estrutura de agarramento (144, 214).
