Abstract
''CONJUNTO EMISSOR DE PARTÍCULAS CARREGADAS, EMISSOR DE PARTÍCULAS CARREGADAS, APARELHO DE SOLDA, CONJUNTO DE COLUNA DE FEIXE DE PARTÍCULAS CARREGADAS, E, CONJUNTO DE FEIXE DE PARTÍCULAS CARREGADAS'' Um conjunto emissor de partículas carregadas compreende um elemento emissor (5) para emitir partículas carregadas de uma polaridade. Um eletrodo tubular de blindagem (6) circunda circunferencialmente o elemento emissor e é mantido em uso na mesma polaridade que as partículas carregadas. Um eletrodo tubular de aceleração (7) é posicionado substancialmente coaxialmente com o eletrodo de blindagem (6) e é mantido, em uso, na polaridade oposta ao eletrodo de blindagem. O arranjo é tal que partículas carregadas a partir do elemento emissor (5) inicialmente se espalham lateralmente para fora e então são focalizadas em um feixe que passa através do eletrodo tubular de aceleração (7).
