Patente de Invenção: "MÉTODOS E COMPOSIÇÕES PARA TERAPIAS EMPREGANDO GENES CODIFICANDO PROTEÍNAS SEGREGADAS TAL COMO INTERFERON-BETA" . Métodos e composições farmacêuticas para modificação de células de um receptor mamífero com DNA codificando uma proteína segregada, tal como interferon humano in situ são fornecidos. Os métodos incluem formar um sistema de expressão de proteína segregada in vivo ou ex vivo e administrar o sistema de expressão ao receptor mamífero. O sistema de expressão e métodos são úteis para liberação localizada e sistêmica de interferons in situ.
