Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "APARELHO E MÉTODO PARA O RESFRIAMENTO DE UM ANEL DE MUNHÃO DE FORNO A OXIGÊNIO BÁSICO" . Trata-se de um método e aparelho para o resfriamento de um anel de munhão BOF por meio de vaporização. Uma névoa de água é injetada dentro do espaço interno do anel de munhão onde ela é vaporizada quando do contato com uma superfície interna quente. A transferência de calor da vaporização resfria o anel de munhão e o vapor de água quente é vazada para a atmosfera.
