"PROCESSOS PARA CONTROLAR O NÍVEL DE GLICOSE NO SORO EM UM MAMÍFERO, PARA GERENCIAR HIPERGLICEMIA EM UM MAMÍFERO, E, KIT DIABÉTICO DE COMIDA". Processos são divulgados para gerenciar níveis de glicose no sangue em um mamífero compreendendo a ingestão de um derivado de farelo de arroz estabilizado, especificamente uma fração solubilizada, uma fração insolubilizada, um farelo de arroz estabilizado tratado com enzima, ou misturas destes. Estes processos podem ser usados para gerenciar diabetes mellitus e hiperglicemia. Um kit de comida diabética compreendendo um derivado de farelo de arroz estabilizado, um não arroz consumível e instruções para ingestão são também divulgados.
