Um sistema de controle de peste repelente sólido, que inclui uma matriz polimérica, um plastificante líquido, um ingrediente ativo de controle de peste e trifenilfosfato como veículo para o ingrediente ativo. A invenção prevê ainda a proteção de cães de picadas de moscas de flebotomina, mediante o uso de sistemas de acordo com o inventor, para o controle de leishmaniose canina.
