O aparelho permite neutralizar os radiotelefones, em espaços a proteger, por embaralhação dos sinais de chamada ou por modificações dos sinais de comunicação. As variantes do aparelho são adaptadas para limitar o volume a filtrar e selecionar as comunicações de filtragem.
