Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "FORMULAÇÕES ESTÁVEIS DE INSULINA" . A presente invenção proporciona uma formulação de um análogo monomérico da insulina estabilizada contra a agregação, na qual o agente de tamponamento é tanto TRIS como arginina. As formulações estáveis da presente invenção são úteis no tratamento do diabetes, e são vantajosas de forma especial nos regimes de tratamento que requerem uma estabilidade física e química mais longa, tal como em um sistema de infusão contínua.
