Aparelho para a produção de um combustível de alta combustão compreendendo uma câmara de reator (12) mantida sob pressão negativa, um esguicho (22) para a borrifação de um combustível atomizado sob pressão dentro da câmara de reator (12) formando gotículas atomizadas, um esguicho (34) para a introdução de ar para a câmara de reator (12) a fim de misturar-se em uma zona de reator (20) com o combustível atomizado, um dispositivo para o suprimento de um diferencial de potencial elétrico de alta voltagem, incluindo pelo menos eletrodo (38) localizado na zona de reação (20), a fim de prover uma carga elétrica para o combustível atomizado e ar para a tubulação de um motor de combustão interna.
