Patente de Invenção para "DERIVADO 1-SUBSTITUÍDO-4-CARBAMOIL-1M2,4-TRIAZOL-5-ONA E HERBICIDAS" . Um derivado 1-fenil, naftil ou aralquil-4-(N,N-di-substituído carbamoil)-1,2,4-triazol-5-ona representado pela fórmula geral (I) no qual A é um grupo fenil não-substituído ou substituído, grupo 1-naftil, grupo 5,6,7,8-tetrahidro-1-naftil, ou um grupo aralquil tal como grupo benzil não-substituído ou substituído e assim por diante, R~ 1~ é um grupo alquil inferior e assim por diante, e R~ 2~ é um grupo fenil não-substituído ou substituído e assim por diante, foi preparado como novos compostos. Este derivado 1-substituído-4-carbamoil-1,2,4-triazol-5-ona não exibe substancialmente fitotoxicidade para várias plantas e portanto, é útil como um herbicida seletivo.
