Abstract
"VEÍCULO DE LIBERAÇÃO DE GENE, USO DO MESMO, E, CÉLULA HOSPEDEIRA". A invenção refere-se a veículos de liberação de genes que compreendem moléculas de ácido nucleico codificando proteínas indutoras de apoptose VP2 e/ou atividade semelhante a apoptina (VP3). VP2 e VP3 são proteínas virais de vírus de anemia de galinha. Também, a invenção se refere a terapias anti-tumor. A infecção de várias células de tumor humanas com os veículos de liberação de genes da invenção irão resultar na indução de apoptose em células de tumor e apoptose bem reduzida, se de todo, em células diplóides, não transformadas/não malignas normais. Também, a invenção refere-se a diagnóstico de câncer, e formas relacionadas de hiperplasia, metaplasia e displasia.
