Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "MOLÉCULAS BI- OU MULTIFUNCIONAIS COM BASE EM UMA ARMAÇÃO DE DENDROASPINA" . Alinhamento de Seqüência de Dendroaspina Modificada Dendroaspina, um análogo de neurotoxina de polipeptídeo é modificada por técnicas de DNA recombinantes, particularmente "enxerto de laço" para prover um polipeptídeo modificado. O polipeptídeo modificado é construído de modo a reter atividade de dendroaspina, por exemplo, adesão de plaqueta a fibrinogênio além de possuir uma ou mais atividades bioquímicas ou biológicas ulteriores não nativas para dendroaspina, por exemplo, atividade de fator de crescimento derivado de plaqueta (PDGF) ou atividade hirudina.
