Abstract
"DETONADOR DE PONTE SEMICONDUTORA DE ALTA IMPEDÂNCIA". Um detonador (10) um conjunto iniciador SCB (35) em relação de iniciação com uma carga de ignição (18). O conjunto iniciador SCB (35) contém um elemento iniciador (36) tendo uma ponte (60) de material semicondutor entre duas estrias condutoras (62a, 62b). A ponte (60) fornece uma resistência de pelo menos aproximadamente 50 ohms e tem um volume entre 48.600 microns cúbicos e 600.000 microns cúbicos com uma espessura típica de dois microns. Uma corrente de ignição superior a 200 miliamperes fornecida ao conjunto iniciador (35) através de condutos de entrada (26a, 26b) faz com que a ponte (60) inicie a carga de ignição (18).
