Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE UM COMPOSTO, E, COMPOSTO". Um processo para a preparação de composto de fosfônio de fórmula (I), que compreende a reação de N-fenil-pirrolidinona (II), com perbrometo de brometo de piridínio, na presença de uma base orgânica terciária e um ácido de Lewis adequado e depois o tratamento do derivado de bromo (III) resultante com fosfina (IV, R~ 1~R~ 2~R~ 3~P) e o uso do composto (I), quando preparado desta maneira, para a preparação de antagonista de glicina.
