Abstract
"MOLÉCULAS DE POLINUCLEOTÍDEO ISOLADA CODIFICANDO UM POLIPEPTÍDEO, POLINUCLEOTÍDEO, VETOR DE EXPRESSÃO, CÉLULA CULTIVADA, POLIPEPTÍDEO ISOLADO, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, ANTICORPO, PROCESSOS PARA PRODUZIR POLIPEPTÍDEO ZSIG33, E, PARA ESTIMULAR A MOTILIDADE GÁSTRICA". A presente invenção é dirigida a polinucleotídeos, polipeptídeos e fragmentos de peptídeos dos mesmos, e usos dos mesmos para uma nova sequência de cDNA que tem homologia para motilina. A distribuição de tecido de mRNA para o novo polipeptídeo é específica para o estômago, intestino delgado e pâncreas. A presente invenção ainda inclui agonistas, antagonistas, anticorpos, células hospedeitas, expressando o cDNA codificando os novos homólogos de motilina e processos para aumentar a motilidade gástrica usando as novas moléculas.
